Choose your sizes, style, colors and design. All of my tumblers are handmade, stainless-steel tumblers. They are perfect for all day hot and cold beverages. 🧡

 

✨Before purchasing, please enter your design wants, names, colors, glitter or no glitter, wording etc. You will also find you can upload photos, if you would like photos to be included, you can do so by clicking the Choose Image Button. Inspired images are welcomed if you have a specific design you would like recreated. If you are unsure of a specific design, feel free to give me all the details you would like include and I can create a design specifically for you! ✨

 

‼️Please be aware that shipping times will not reflect as shown, as these are hand-made to order. ALL CUSTOM TUMBLER ORDERS WILL TAKE 14-21 BUSINESSES DAYS TO ARRIVE. You will receive tracking information via email. Thank you for your patience and support 🖤‼️

 

As with all hand-crafted items, slight imperfections exist. These variations do not detract from the beauty and/or functionality, however they do add character and charm that cannot be duplicated with items that have been mass produced. You will not be disappointed in the design or construction of these quality pieces.

Shipping and Returns

Processing & Shipping Info:
Tumblers are handmade upon ordering. Tumblers take anywhere from a few days to a week to create & little things like the weather will affect cup drying and curing times. I will do my best to have cups shipped out as soon as they are ready, however, I will not rush your tumbler without ensuring it is completely cured. Please expect your cup in 14-21 business days after ordering.
For order status please message me directly. I am NOT responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items due to incorrect shipping information. I am not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. USPS Priority Shipping includes insurance, so if anything lost we can file a claim for and you can be reimbursed. Please make sure that your shipping address is up to date and current prior to placing your order. Tumblers are non-returnable/non-exchangeable due to the custom nature, unless it is an error on my part. Please note that the price is for the time and materials to create this item. I do not claim any ownership over the characters or images used and all images are free and not for sale. The copyright of the images belongs to the respective copyright holders.
Once Your Order is Complete You Will Receive a Confirmation Email Along with Tracking from one of our two Shipping Service Providers: USPS or UPS. Insurance is Included with our Shipping and Handling Rates. Shipping Generally Takes 2-5 Business Days. Please Make Sure Your Address is Correct, we will ship to the address provided. If the Package Gets Returned Due to an Incorrect Address, you Will be Responsible for the Shipping Charges to Reship the Package to You. Ash&Lue Creations is Not Responsible for Delayed or Lost Package via UPS or USPS.
No Returns are accepted
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*All products are handmade and therefore may contain slight imperfections although all care is taken to make all orders as close to perfect as possible. After a step is approved, I cannot change anything after moving forward and cannot accept cancelations, returns or give refunds on custom orders. Should there be a problem within 7 days of receiving your order, please reach out directly and we will evaluate our options.

Care Instructions

Hand wash only. 🚫 Do not soak in water. 🚫 Not dishwasher safe 🚫 Do not leave in direct sunlight or extreme heat. 🚫Treat these like glass - if you drop your tumbler, it will more than likely crack.
